Things to do in Bournemouth Gardens

Bournemouth isn’t just about fabulous beaches – the town center has some of the most relaxing gardens in Dorset which during the summer months become a thriving place of things to do and see.

The lower gardens are situated a short walk from the main shopping center and end at the bottom of Bournemouth’s pier. The gardens are packed with things to do! – For starters there’s the Bournemouth Hot air balloon – the Bournemouth eye. Situated right in the center of gardens before you reach the promenade the balloon is really a sight. Rides are offered for the non vertigo sufferer and present a glorious Arial panoramic of Dorset’s jewel.

Children then get to take part in a procession which has a history of over 100 years.
